- Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and homeowners to plan and execute electrical projects, ensuring all needs and specifications are met.
- Order and manage necessary materials, equipment, and supplies for projects, staying within budget and timelines.
- Pull and file electrical permits as required by local and state regulations.
- Perform hands-on electrical work on residential and commercial sites, maintaining high-quality workmanship and adhering to safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, providing efficient and effective solutions to ensure smooth project completion.
- Supervise and mentor electrical staff, ensuring proper training and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Keep up to date with electrical codes, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and optimize performance.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the electrical field, with a strong track record in residential and commercial work.
- Valid Master Electrician license in the state of Michigan.
- Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and local/state codes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical systems.
- Strong leadership abilities, with experience managing a team of electricians.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, colleagues, and project teams.
