Cooley Contracting LLC is seeking a Master Painter with expertise in spraying fine finishes on interior trim and other high-detail painting tasks. The ideal candidate is experienced, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering superior-quality finishes. This is a full-time, on-the-road position with opportunities to contribute to unique and exciting projects in a professional and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, priming, and patching as needed.
• Apply fine finishes to interior trim, cabinetry, and other detailed surfaces using spray equipment, brushes, and rollers.
• Ensure precision and consistency in paint application to meet high-quality standards.
• Maintain, clean, and operate spray painting equipment and tools effectively.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and meet client specifications.
• Inspect finished work for quality assurance and make touch-ups as necessary.
  
  

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess

• Minimum of 5 years of professional painting experience, with a focus on fine finishes and detailed interior work.
• Expertise in using spray equipment for smooth, flawless finishes.
• Strong knowledge of surface preparation techniques and paint types.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Own basic painting tools and equipment (sprayers, brushes, etc.).
