Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage mitigation projects from initial response through completion.
- Coordinate with Lead Technicians, Crews, Estimators, and Coordinators to ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain strong communication with customers and insurance carriers, ensuring a seamless claims process.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company standards, and safety protocols.
- Utilize Xactimate and estimating software to assess damage and prepare accurate job estimates.
- Work with insurance industry platforms such as Crawford and Alacrity (preferred).
- Perform on-site inspections to ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the mitigation process.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- 2 years of experience in Mitigation Project Management.
- Strong knowledge of the insurance restoration industry and claims process.
- Proficiency in Xactimate and estimating software (2 years of experience required).
- Familiarity with Crawford and Alacrity programs is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients, insurance carriers, and team members.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check conducted by a third party.
