Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrative support for the owner, managing schedules, emails, calls, and correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, project updates, and client interactions to keep the owner informed and organized.
- Maintain construction project files, contracts, and documentation for easy access and reference.
- Assist with invoice tracking, expense reporting, and financial organization.
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to schedule appointments and relay important information.
- Prepare proposals, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Ensure office operations run smoothly, handling supply management and office coordination.
- Assist in marketing, social media, and client outreach to help grow the brand.
- Support the owner in daily problem-solving, project tracking, and business operations.
- Prior experience as an executive assistant, secretary, office manager, or administrative professional.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite on macOS.
- Ability to handle sensitive business information with confidentiality and discretion.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, ready to tackle new challenges.
- Experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus, but not required.
