- Oversee daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Manage and organize company documents, invoices, and records
- Coordinate schedules and appointments for service technicians
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and service requests
- Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate employee timekeeping
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable, working closely with the accounting team
- Maintain office supply inventory and ensure a well-organized workspace
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new office staff
- Work collaboratively with leadership to improve office efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Experience in an office management, administrative, or similar role (preferably in HVAC, plumbing, or a related field)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software (preferred, but not required)
