As Operations Manager, you'll lead and mentor our team of Superintendents, ensuring they excel in delivering a positive and memorable restoration experience. You will oversee operations, job costing, and training while working closely with other leaders to enhance processes and maintain our high standards. • Lead and Train: Develop and continually train Superintendents to perform detailed walkthroughs, execute quality assurance reports, and deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.
• Process Improvement: Work with leadership to refine systems and processes, ensuring efficiency and top-tier service delivery.
• Accountability: Monitor KPIs, conduct weekly meetings, and provide ongoing coaching to Superintendents, ensuring everyone meets performance goals.
• Client Focus: Maintain a customer-first mindset, ensuring satisfaction by overcoming obstacles and building strong client relationships.
• Vendor Management: Develop relationships with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to Allied's core values.

• Experience: 3 years in operations management, preferably in restoration, construction, or a related field.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, train, and inspire a team to achieve outstanding results.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects and priorities.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management software.
• Values-Driven: Passionate about fostering teamwork, resourcefulness, and delivering exceptional service.
• Bonus Points: Experience with OSHA standards, CPR certification, or familiarity with restoration project KPIs.
