En.Range, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring our services are delivered efficiently, sustainably, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a passion for environmental stewardship and the ability to lead a high-performing team. Occasional travel is required, so candidates must be comfortable with travel and managing the related requirements, including expense reports.

- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage the operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and high performance.
- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement operational processes and best practices that minimize environmental impact, streamline logistics, and enhance service delivery.
- Project Management: Oversee project management activities, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and executing environmental services and initiatives.
- Client and Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure exceptional service and alignment with environmental objectives.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with environmental legislation and regulations, maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, and promote a culture of safety within the organization.
- Strategic Planning and Analysis: Collaborate with senior management to set operational goals, develop strategic plans, and drive business growth. Analyze operational data and reports to identify trends, solve problems, and improve efficiency.
- Contract and Reporting Compliance: Comply with any reporting requirements and ensure adherence to contract terms and conditions.
- Multitasking in a Dynamic Environment: Organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and unpredictable environment.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the environmental services, construction, or a related industry.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex operations with a focus on sustainability and environmental stewardship.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of environmental regulations and the ability to navigate and comply with complex legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. Problem-Solving Abilities: Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to management.
- Additional Skills: Project management experience and bilingual (Spanish/English) capabilities are a plus. Prior US military service (veteran) is highly valued.
- High School Diploma required; Associate Degree in Business or Management preferred.
- Must be a US citizen.
- Ability to pass a standard background check.
