• Project Leadership: Manage construction site work and landscaping projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Team Management: Supervise and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to meet project goals.
• Scheduling & Budgeting: Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure on-time and within-budget completion.
• Site Supervision: Enforce safety regulations, conduct site inspections, and ensure compliance with OSHA and other industry standards.
• Quality Control: Oversee all aspects of construction to ensure work is performed to the highest standards.
• Client & Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to align expectations and deliver exceptional results.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Training & Development: Mentor and develop team members, ensuring adherence to best practices in construction and safety.

• Required Licenses & Certifications:
  • Construction Supervisor License
  • OSHA 10 Certification
• Experience:
  • Extensive experience in construction site work and landscaping (residential & commercial projects).
  • Strong background in project management, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in reading blueprints, project plans, and technical drawings.
  • Familiarity with construction technology, safety regulations, and quality control measures.
  • Ability to learn and use the latest Software programs.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to make decisive, strategic decisions to ensure project success.
