Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients by answering inquiries, listening to customer needs, and offering expert guidance on landscaping services.
- Lead the entire design and assist with the project management process as needed, from concept to execution.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
- Conduct thorough site assessments to develop tailored landscape design solutions.
- Create professional design concepts using landscape design software and present them effectively to clients.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to finalize sales and secure new business.
- Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry gatherings to promote Purposed Landscaping's services.
- 2 years of direct-to-customer sales experience is highly preferred.
- Experience in hardscape, landscape, pools, or design/build industry is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in landscape design software to create professional concepts and proposals - will train if necessary.
- Excellent communication, software, and presentation skills to articulate design ideas and close deals.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to drive sales success.
- Ability to walk job sites, bend, lift, climb, ability to lift 30 lbs, as needed.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings and site visits.
