What You'll Do
- Lead Generation: Proactively generate your own leads through online research, networking events, and referrals.
- Sales & Closing: Convert leads into closed deals through site visits, client meetings, and design consultations.
- Proposal Development: Create tailored proposals and contracts, demonstrating expertise in pool design, materials, and project details.
- Client Engagement: Introduce clients to West Bay Pools, effectively communicate the value of our services, and build trust.
- Material & Design Assistance: Help clients make informed decisions on materials, finishes, and features.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong client relationships post-sale, ensuring satisfaction throughout the construction process.
Compensation & Incentives:
- First 3 months: Base salary of $35,000 $1,500 per pool sold
- After 3 months: Full commission structure: $2,500 per pool sold
- Annual bonus: $5,000 bonus for every 10 pools sold goal per year.
- Top performers can earn over $150,000 per year
- NO previous pool or construction-related sales experience required!
- Proven sales experience (general sales experience preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and goal-driven with a track record of exceeding sales targets
- Willingness to generate your own leads through networking and outreach
- High level of integrity and dedication to customer satisfaction
