The ideal candidate will have expertise in painting and waterproofing, with the ability to work independently while delivering high-quality results.

Our Painters work closely with Superintendents, Project Managers, and the Director of Operations to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Our team undergoes extensive training, including lead safety and weekly OSHA sessions, ensuring that we provide top-tier workmanship and services.

We take pride in using the best products and always strive to exceed expectations.Responsibilities include but are not limited to : -Be on-site and ready to work by 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 00 PM;

occasional overtime may be required depending on job demands.-Perform repairs in an efficient, cost-effective manner while maintaining the highest quality of work.

• Monitor job site safety, security, and cleanliness on a daily basis.-Report any issues outside the scope of work, such as damages or necessary change orders, to the Superintendent / Project Manager.
• Communicate any delays, accidents, emergencies, or requests from clients to the Superintendent / Project Manager.The ideal candidate should possess : -2 years of hands-on painting and / or waterproofing experience, preferably in multi-family dwelling improvements.

Carpentry experience is a plus!-In-depth knowledge of painting techniques, materials, regulations, and safety compliance.

• Strong understanding of painting methods and the ability to consistently deliver high-quality results.-Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines at all times.
• Ability to safely work at heights on ladders, scaffolds, and lifts as needed.-Basic math skills for accurate measurement and estimation.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred but not required.-Friendly, professional demeanor with the ability to work well with colleagues, clients, and associates.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to adapt to changing project needs.-Reliable transportation and a clean driving background.
