Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive pest and wildlife inspections for residential and commercial properties
- Identify and implement effective pest management solutions, including trapping, baiting, monitoring and exclusion methods
- Provide humane wildlife removal and prevention services, following all local and state regulations
- Educate customers on pest prevention techniques and recommend additional services when needed
- Safely handle and apply pesticides, rodenticides, and other treatments in compliance with safety regulations
- Maintain detailed service reports and documentation for all jobs performed
- Drive a company-provided vehicle to job sites and ensure proper equipment maintenance
- Continue professional development through training and manufacturer certifications
- Previous experience in pest control or wildlife removal preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong critical thinking skills to assess pest and wildlife issues and determine the best course of action
- Friendly, professional demeanor with the ability to communicate clearly with clients
- Willingness to follow all OSHA, fall protection, and safety protocols
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces like roofs, attics and crawl spaces
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and your own auto
- Willingness to obtain any necessary pest control or wildlife management licenses (we pay for license testing)
- Bi-Weekly Pay Cycle
- Company Vehicle, Mileage Reimbursement
