Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pest and wildlife inspections for residential and commercial properties
- Implement effective pest management solutions, including trapping, baiting, monitoring and exclusion techniques
- Provide humane wildlife removal while following all local and state regulations
- Educate customers on pest prevention techniques and suggest additional services when needed
- Safely handle and apply pesticides, rodenticides, and other treatments following all safety regulations
- Maintain detailed service reports and documentation for each job
- Use and maintain company-provided tools and equipment
- Participate in paid training and mentorship programs to enhance skills
- Experience in pest control or wildlife removal preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
- Strong problem-solving skills to assess and resolve pest and wildlife issues
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Willingness to follow all OSHA and safety protocols
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly, climb ladders, and work in small spaces like roofs, attics and crawl spaces
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and your own auto
- Willingness to obtain necessary pest control or wildlife management licenses (we cover testing fees)
