- Pest Control & Animal Trapping
- Inspect homes and businesses to identify pest infestations and their causes.
- Apply integrated pest management solutions, including organic and synthetic pesticides, in compliance with regulations.
- Set and monitor humane traps for nuisance wildlife (if assigned).
- Ensure all work follows company policies and industry best practices.
- Customer Service & Consultation
- Explain pest control strategies and provide customized solutions to customers.
- Address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.
- Recommend additional services that enhance customers' pest management programs.
- Safety & Equipment Maintenance
- Follow OSHA and company safety guidelines to protect yourself, customers, and the environment.
- Maintain and operate a company vehicle and all pest control equipment.
- Planning & Documentation
- Plan service calls efficiently to optimize travel and productivity.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, treatments, and chemicals used.
- Collect customer signatures and update service logs in company software.
- Required:
- Must have Pest Control Applicator Certificate in the State of WI (Core, 7A)
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate professionally
- Physical stamina-ability to crawl, bend, kneel, and work in tight spaces
- Ability to keep accurate records of hours, treatments, and payments
- Must have Valid Driver's license and an insurable driving record
- Preferred:
- Prior experience in pest control or wildlife management
- Knowledge of pesticide safety and application techniques
- Training in OSHA, Fall Protection, Lifts, or Manufacturer Training
