Key Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems (water, gas, and sewer lines).
- Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues efficiently and provide solutions.
- Work on government/federal plumbing projects while ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine job specifications.
- Perform pipefitting, soldering, brazing, and welding as needed.
- Install and repair fixtures such as sinks, toilets, water heaters, and sump pumps.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal plumbing codes.
- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members to ensure job completion on schedule.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following OSHA and company safety policies.
- Complete service reports and documentation accurately.
- 5 years of experience in plumbing (residential, commercial, or government projects preferred).
- Master Plumber License preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Experience with safety protocols, including OSHA and fall protection training.
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
