This role covers both residential and commercial plumbing services, including installations, repairs, diagnostics, and upgrades across the Boston Metro Area. We're looking for someone who's driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering top-quality work. Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and water supply lines
• Diagnose issues in existing systems and recommend repair or replacement
• Work with residential and commercial customers to explain options and ensure satisfaction
• Accurately document work performed, materials used, and time invested
• Ensure code compliance and safety on all jobsites
• Collaborate with HVAC techs and other trades on joint projects
• Operate company vehicle and tools responsibly
• Support and train junior plumbing staff as needed
• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency plumbing needs
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman or Master Plumbing License (Preferred)
• 3-5 years of residential or commercial plumbing experience preferred
• Familiarity with plumbing codes and compliance standards
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Must be local to the Boston Metro Area
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Punctual, professional, drug-free, and flexible to work extended hours

Schedule

• Full-time | Year-round work
