Key Responsibilities
- Perform plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations in residential homes.
- Diagnose plumbing issues and determine the best course of action.
- Provide excellent customer service, explaining solutions to homeowners.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and up to code.
- Maintain and care for company tools, equipment, and vehicles.
- Document all work performed and provide reports as needed.
- Work independently and as part of a team to complete service calls.
- Prior 3 year experience in plumbing, field service, or a related trade is preferred.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot common residential plumbing issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and professionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be comfortable using smartphones/tablets for work orders and communication.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
