- Oversee the plumbing department, ensuring efficient operations and team development.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to meet performance and professional growth goals.
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation for plumbing projects.
- Plumbing Expertise
- Perform and supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems and fixtures in residential settings.
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues quickly and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with Ohio state plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Customer Service
- Deliver exceptional service by clearly communicating project timelines, costs, and updates.
- Collaborate with HVAC and electrical teams to provide integrated, customer-focused solutions.
- Operational Excellence
- Maintain accurate records of projects, materials, and team performance.
- Ensure safety and quality standards are met across all projects.
- Required: Ohio State Plumbing License.
