The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-tier service to customers, managing on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to : -Provide exceptional service and support during field visits or dispatches.
- Manage on-site installation, repair, and maintenance tasks related to plumbing.-Diagnose and troubleshoot errors or plumbing issues, providing effective solutions.
- Produce timely, accurate, and detailed service reports and document processes.-Ensure all work follows company procedures, safety protocols, and plumbing codes.
- Perform sewer and drain cleaning, including operating sewer cameras for inspection work.-Collaborate with the team and share information across the organization.
The ideal candidate should possess : -In-depth knowledge of local plumbing codes and standards.-Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.-Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills with effective verbal and written communication.-Willingness to be part of an "on-call" rotation, including nights and weekends.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.-Ability to pass background checks and drug tests.Education and Experience : -High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in all phases of plumbing.Working Conditions : -Must be available outside of normal business hours as needed, with on-call rotation required.
- Work in various indoor and outdoor environments with exposure to extreme temperatures and weather conditions.Physical Requirements : -Must be able to climb ladders, crawl, stand, bend, crouch, kneel, and lift heavy objects (in excess of 50 pounds).
- Must have specific vision abilities, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
