With a long-term growth plan and a commitment to employee success, we offer a career path where you can develop new skills, grow within the company, and be part of an amazing team.Key Responsibilities-Conduct pool and spa leak detection using specialized equipment and techniques.-Perform pressure testing, dye testing, and electronic leak detection to pinpoint leak sources.-Repair leaks in plumbing, skimmers, main drains, and pool shells as needed.-Provide exceptional customer service by explaining findings and recommending solutions.-Maintain detailed service reports and document work performed.-Operate and maintain company-provided tools and equipment efficiently.-Travel to various job sites (local and occasional out-of-town travel with per diem).-Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.-Assist in training new technicians as needed.Qualifications-Experience in leak detection, plumbing, construction, pool maintenance, or a related trade is preferred. Auto Mechanics who want to get out of the shop and on the road have done well in this role!-Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and leak detection equipment.
