This position supports Project Managers in public works projects with a focus on compliance management. The ideal candidate will be proactive, tech-savvy, and skilled in handling administrative and operational tasks while ensuring all projects meet regulatory requirements. Salesforce will be a core tool used in this role.Who we are : Founded in 1994, SunWest Engineering Constructors, Inc. has been a leader in public works construction, delivering high-quality results and innovative solutions. We are committed to excellence, compliance, and supporting our team to drive success across a variety of projects.Responsibilities include but are not limited to : -Project & Compliance Management : -Manage and track compliance documentation for public works projects.-Prepare and maintain preliminary lien notices, submittals, RFIs, and closeout packages.-Coordinate with internal teams to ensure adherence to all project-specific requirements.-Maintain organized electronic project files and documentation.-Purchasing & Vendor Coordination : -Prepare subcontracts and follow up with vendors for approval.-Track estimates, quotes, and materials for project needs.-Review and verify subcontractor insurance compliance.-Administrative Support : -Process daily field reports and client invoicing using Salesforce and other platforms.-Participate in project hand-off meetings and assist with job schedules.-Monitor and update project workflows to meet deadlines.-Support Project Managers with documentation and field requests.Qualifications : -Education & Experience : -High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Project Management preferred.-Minimum 1 year of experience in construction management or compliance-related roles.-Skills & Competencies : -Proficiency in Salesforce, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe.-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.-Basic knowledge of construction principles and compliance requirements.Benefits : -Health Insurance Options-Retirement Plan Options-Paid Time Off-Career Growth Opportunities-Work Life Balance-Travel Opportunities-Company and Team Events-Continued Training and CertificationsSchedule : -8 hour shift-Monday to FridayWork Location : -Chino, CAWe foster a family-like environment where every employee is valued.
