We take pride in using the best products and always strive to exceed expectations.Key Responsibilities : -Project Administration & Coordination-Assist Project Manager with submittals, change orders, contracts, and project documentation.-Request and review project insurance certificates to ensure compliance.-Collaborate with subcontractors to collect and verify necessary billing and project documents.-Maintain and update company subcontractor database.-Enter and maintain purchase orders and bills for each project.-Communicate regularly with Project Owners, Property Managers, and Construction Managers.-Provide project-related support to Field Supervisors and ensure all necessary documentation is available.-Financial & Accounting Support-Assist in preparing monthly client billings in collaboration with the Project Manager.-Help create and manage Schedules of Values for projects.-Work with the Accounting Department on Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) tasks.-General Office & Communication Support-Draft and send notices for projects as required.-Attend and record meeting notes for project updates and internal discussions.-Answer and direct company phone calls as needed.Qualifications-Experience in construction project coordination or administration (preferred).-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and cloud-based project management software.-Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks at once.-Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with subcontractors, clients, and team members.-Prior experience with AR / AP, billing, or financial documentation is a plus.-Ability to work remotely and maintain clear and efficient digital records.Benefits : -Competitive salary based on experience.-Health Insurance Options-Dental-Vision-Life-Retirement Plan Options-Paid Time Off-Career Growth Opportunities-Work Life Balance-Continued Training and CertificationsSchedule : -8 hour shift-Monday to FridayWhy Join Rayco Exteriors?Become part of a supportive and driven team that values quality, efficiency, and a collaborative environment.
