Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage project-related documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
- Review and interpret project specifications and drawings.
- Perform quantity takeoffs and surveys to manage project buy-out, progress reporting, and change management.
- Support the Project Manager and Superintendent in project activities.
- Monitor trade-specific schedules and maintain submittal logs.
- Develop and maintain strong subcontractor and supplier relationships.
- Ensure projects meet production timeline benchmarks.
- Coordinate and execute procurement needs promptly.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and techniques.
- Ability to apply problem-solving principles to construction challenges.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and an aptitude for learning new technology.
