Key Responsibilities :
- Manage all phases of commercial and industrial construction projects, from pre-construction planning to project completion.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources, making necessary adjustments to meet objectives.
- Oversee contract negotiations, change orders, and risk management to maintain project profitability.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control, compliance with safety standards, and progress tracking.
- Lead project meetings, providing updates on timelines, costs, and key milestones.
- Utilize construction management software and project tracking tools to improve efficiency.
- Provide mentorship to junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
