Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Project Management : Oversee all aspects of assigned projects, from initial planning through to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Estimating : P repare detailed and accurate cost estimates for concrete and excavation projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Scheduling : Develop and manage project schedules, coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet deadlines.
- Budget Management : Monitor project budgets and control costs to maximize profitability, reporting variances and adjusting plans as needed.
- Client Relations : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and ensuring satisfaction.
- Team Coordination : L ead and coordinate crews, ensuring work is completed on time and to specification, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Compliance : Ensure projects adhere to local and national construction codes, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
- Documentation : Maintain thorough and accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and daily reports.
- Problem-Solving : Anticipate potential issues and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.
