Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage multiple residential construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely and quality execution.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and permits to keep projects on track.
- Perform regular site visits to monitor progress, enforce safety standards, and troubleshoot issues.
- Ensure all projects comply with building codes, zoning laws, and company quality standards.
- Maintain strong client relationships, keeping homeowners informed and satisfied throughout the process.
- Work closely with the owner to implement company strategies and improve operations.
- Utilize bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills to coordinate with diverse teams.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3 years experience in residential construction in a project management or leadership role.
- Strong ability to read blueprints, manage contracts, and oversee site operations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
