Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of custom residential construction projects, from planning to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution.
- Create and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines to meet deadlines.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring projects stay on track.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, keeping them informed throughout the process.
- Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards.
- Track and manage materials, labor, and subcontractor performance to optimize efficiency.
- Work closely with the owner to strategize company growth and operational improvements.
- Experience in project management within residential construction is required.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think ahead and adapt quickly.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to coordinate teams effectively.
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Comfortable using construction management software and digital tools.
- No required licenses, but certifications in project management or construction management are a plus.
