Key Responsibilities
- Project Scheduling: Develop, maintain, and manage construction schedules using Buildertrend.
- Budget Management: Oversee budgets, purchase orders, and change orders to ensure projects stay on track financially.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to specifications and high-quality standards.
- Customer Communication: Maintain active communication with homeowners through updates, meetings, and walk-throughs.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with site supervisors, field staff, and office personnel to ensure project success.
- Administrative Duties: Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office. Conduct bi-weekly GSR meetings, update schedules, and maintain accurate project records.
- Experience: 5-10 years in residential construction project management, with custom or semi-custom home expertise preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Buildertrend or similar CRM platforms; ability to read and interpret plans.
- Financial Acumen: Experience with budgets, invoices, and pricing change orders.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, including regular customer updates and meetings.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to resolve construction challenges effectively.
- Focus on Management: This is a 'no tools' position, emphasizing leadership and coordination.
- Compensation Package: Base salary ($90,000-$100,000) plus annual bonuses (up to $8,000) and customer review incentives.
