Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to completion.
• Lead field operations, ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain smooth workflow.
• Monitor project schedules, identify risks, and proactively resolve challenges.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a secure jobsite environment.
• Inspect and verify compliance with project specifications, plans, and local codes.
• Manage materials, equipment, and workforce allocation for maximum productivity.
• Communicate daily with team members, clients, and leadership on project status.
• Document project progress, delays, and necessary changes.
• Mentor and train team members to promote a culture of collaboration and growth.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Superintendent or in a similar leadership role in construction.
• Experience managing residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects preferred.
• Strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical documents.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project demands.
• Proficient in scheduling tools, project management software, and digital documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead diverse teams.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Schedule
