Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain commercial lawn care equipment
- Lead and supervise teams of 2-3 crew members

- Maintain equipment and shop areas
- Use company-provided apps and software for route planning, equipment maintenance tracking, and job tracking
Requirements:
- Experience in lawn care, landscaping, or related field with supervisory responsibilities
- Ability to operate and maintain small engine equipment
- Strong English comprehension skills (reading, writing, and math)
