Job Overview

R&B Roofing and Remodeling is seeking an energetic and persuasive Residential Canvasser to represent our brand in neighborhoods across the Louisville area. As the first point of contact with potential customers, you will be responsible for creating opportunities through door-to-door outreach, educating homeowners on our services, and setting appointments for our sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being outdoors, engaging with people, and thrives on hitting performance targets. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Canvass residential neighborhoods to generate qualified leads for roofing and remodeling services.
• Engage homeowners with professionalism, confidence, and a friendly demeanor.
• Educate potential customers on R&B's offerings and promote our value as a trusted service provider.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team to conduct follow-up consultations.
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics and goals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and appointments.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay informed and continuously improve outreach strategies.
  
  

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in residential door-to-door sales or canvassing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills-confident, outgoing, and persuasive.
• Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet and exceed performance goals.
• Comfortable using and climbing ladders to access roofline visibility when needed.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle (no company vehicle provided)
• Must be able to work outdoors for extended periods in various weather conditions.
• Enthusiastic, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
