Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair HVAC and plumbing systems in residential and light commercial settings
• Work cleanly and courteously in customers' homes, maintaining professionalism and educating customers on the best solutions without overselling
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration issues
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections to ensure system efficiency and longevity
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to execute installations and repairs accurately
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal HVAC regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
• Adhere to safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and industry best practices
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• EPA Certification is required
• HVAC Journeyman license is a plus, but not required
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC and plumbing systems
• Experience working with light commercial plumbing and HVAC systems
• Skilled in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC and plumbing issues
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and lift heavy equipment as needed.
• Strong customer service skills to educate and advise customers on necessary repairs
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
