Thomas Buckborough & Associates (TB&A) is seeking an Architectural Designer with 10 years of experience in high-end residential remodeling and architectural design. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working on luxury home renovations and a deep understanding of residential architecture, particularly with wood-frame construction methods and detailed framing plans.
This role is crucial in our design-build process, requiring an eye for structural integrity, creative construction details, and the ability to collaborate closely with homeowners to deliver elegant and functional remodeling solutions.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Design & Project Development
Lead homeowners through all phases of the design-build process, from Concept & Feasibility to Post-Design Follow-Up.
Conduct site inspections to assess feasibility for remodeling projects, identifying structural considerations and potential challenges.
Transition projects from design to construction, ensuring all team members understand detailed structural plans and specifications.
