American Custom Exteriors LLC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to manage administrative tasks in our construction office. The ideal candidate will oversee data entry, maintain project records, and support in-house collaboration systems. If you are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable navigating both office and field environments, this is a great opportunity to join a leading exterior remodeling team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Input data and upload project information to maintain organized records.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for effective project and record-keeping.
  • Leverage the Houzz Pro program to support construction project organization.
  • Provide tech-savvy assistance, managing company social media accounts to keep clients engaged and informed.
  • Collaborate creatively to develop and refine internal systems for enhanced team communication and efficiency.
  • Occasionally visit construction sites to capture project progress through photographs.
  • Maintain a professional and pleasant phone demeanor, delivering excellent customer service to clients.
  • Assist in general office tasks as needed, ensuring a productive and organized workspace.

The ideal candidate should possess:
  • Experience in a construction office setting, with familiarity in construction terminology.
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks and Houzz Pro.
  • Strong organization skills with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Creative approach to enhance in-house collaboration systems.
  • Tech-savvy with experience managing social media accounts.
  • Ability to comfortably walk construction sites when necessary.
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, professional appearance, and positive phone etiquette.
