This is a hands-on leadership role where you will supervise and participate in daily job site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the lead representative of Trademark Building & Development on job sites, ensuring alignment with the company's core values.
- Manage daily operations, including supervising employees and subcontractors, coordinating schedules, and maintaining site efficiency.
- Ensure timely, budget-conscious project completion with proactive adjustments as needed.
- Prioritize safety on job sites, address incidents promptly, and report to management.
- Collaborate with project managers to maintain open communication with clients, employees, and trade partners.
- Plan and schedule materials, subcontractors, and inspections to ensure smooth progress.
- Conduct performance evaluations to foster team growth and development.
- Maintain thorough documentation, including weekly progress reports, job photos, and client updates.
- Oversee equipment maintenance, project close-out procedures, punch lists, and client handover materials.
