Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in high-end residential properties.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, ensuring compliance with local and national electrical codes.
- Perform wiring, panel upgrades, lighting installations, and smart home integrations.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
- Adhere to strict safety standards, using provided safety equipment (helmets, gloves, etc.).
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good working condition.
- Minimum 4 years of electrical experience in residential projects.
- Active Journeyman Electrician License (current and valid).
- Strong understanding of electrical codes, wiring, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
