Key Responsibilities :
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in residential settings
- Communicate effectively with customers and the office regarding job details and solutions
- Ensure all work is completed according to electrical code and safety standards
- Sell and upsell necessary electrical repairs and upgrades
- Collect payments from customers before leaving job sites
- Maintain a professional image through appearance, communication, and customer interactions
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications :
Education : High school diploma or GED; Journeyperson license required (Maryland), DC and VA licenses preferred or can obtain one in the next 6 months
Minimum 4 years of experience in residential electrical service
Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks related to electrical work
