Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Oversee all phases of luxury residential construction, from site preparation to final inspections.
- Schedule Coordination: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Team Leadership: Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel, providing guidance and resolving issues as they arise.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site inspections to uphold the highest construction standards and compliance with codes.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, including schedules, reports, material logs, and change orders.
- Proven experience as a Residential Superintendent or in a similar luxury home construction role.
- Strong understanding of residential construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams with exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and blueprints.
- Familiarity with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for collaborating with clients, architects, and teams.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Preferred: OSHA certification or similar safety training.
