Job Overview

Trident Technology Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team! This role is perfect for a proven sales professional with experience in technology sales within residential, commercial, and government sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, relationship management, and consultative selling.

We are looking for someone who is persistent, confident, and capable of identifying new opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and government markets
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and presentations to potential clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical and project management teams, to ensure seamless execution of sold projects
  • Track and manage leads, opportunities, and pipeline using CRM software
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and commission thresholds
  • Represent Trident Technology Solutions at industry trade shows, networking events, and client meetings

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management within the technology industry
  • Strong understanding of AV solutions, structured cabling, security systems, and networking
  • Ability to generate leads, close deals, and build long-term customer relationships
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
  • Ability to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and networking events
  • Valid driver's license preferred
