Key Responsibilities
- Develop Sales Strategies : Tailor and execute sales strategies to meet the needs of both residential and commercial markets.
- Client Relationship Management : Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, including high-income real estate professionals, general contractors (GCs), and developers.
- Market Insights : Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the countertop and masonry industries.
- Sales Reporting : Prepare detailed sales reports and performance metrics for review by company leadership.
- Customer Satisfaction : Address escalated client concerns or inquiries to ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Leadership : Work closely with the company President to develop sales budgets and growth plans.
- Team Engagement : Conduct regular sales meetings to provide coaching, feedback, and updates on strategy execution.
- Networking and Events : Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a preference for the custom countertop or construction industry.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
