Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Marketing: Convert warm leads into projects, generate new ones through local outreach, sell previous clients maintenance contracts.
- Manage Projects: Act as the point person from proposal to project completion-coordinate timelines, site teams, and client expectations.
- Educate Customers: Offer design guidance rooted in sustainability, local ecology, and environmental responsibility.
- Order Materials: Source and manage hardscape materials for projects ranging from $50K to $500K.
- Drive Process: Help build out sales tools, CRM workflows, and marketing assets to support future growth.
- Support Leadership: Assist company leadership with scheduling, team coordination, and operational insights.
- Contribute to Culture: Play a foundational role in building a strong, mission-driven internal culture.
- Sales experience in hardscaping, landscaping, construction, or a related trade
- Strong project coordination & customer communication skills
- Bilingual in Spanish (strongly preferred)
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and excited to build something
- Experience with CRM tools, estimating, ordering materials, and construction timelines
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable with hybrid work: on-site, in-office, and at-home flexibility
