You will play a vital role in estimating projects from start to finish, preparing bid proposals, and managing the entire estimating process, including evaluation and cost analysis. Additionally, you will assist in securing new projects and provide support for project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately estimate commercial and industrial construction projects across all trade divisions.
• Provide expertise in estimating for underground utilities, site work, dirt work, concrete, electrical systems, and evaluations.
• Acquire and analyze new project leads while providing project management support.
• Read and interpret construction documents, including plans and specifications.
• Create and manage project schedules using tools like Smartsheet.
• Collaborate with engineers, project teams, and customers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Generate and manage RFIs and other project documentation.
• Utilize software like Bluebeam, Procore, and MS Office for project workflows.
• Assist in strategic planning and resolution of complex construction challenges.
• Maintain professional communication with clients, vendors, and team members.
  
  

Qualifications

• Required:
• 5 years of commercial and industrial construction estimating experience.
• General Contractor-level expertise in estimating all trades.
• Proficiency in construction software (e.g., Bluebeam, Smartsheets, Procore).
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record.
• Preferred:
• Experience in semi-conductor construction.
• Background in project management.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and certifications (e.g., Fall Protection).
