- Project Analysis : Review project drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure a thorough understanding of project requirements.
- Collaborate with Teams : Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to gather insights, verify project scope, and address any discrepancies in project details.
- Vendor and Supplier Coordination : Source materials and equipment, obtaining competitive pricing and ensuring estimates reflect current market rates.
- Risk Assessment : Identify and evaluate project risks, proposing solutions to mitigate potential budget impacts or project delays.
- Bid Preparation : Prepare and submit formal bids, proposals, and RFP responses with supporting documentation and breakdowns.
