Pacific Coast Construction and Waterproofing Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Residential Estimator to join our General Contracting and Waterproofing Division in Carlsbad, CA. This is a unique opportunity to lead estimating efforts, project management, and business development in a company focused on long-term growth and community impact. You'll work on a range of projects from individual repairs to large-scale renovations, and with your expertise, help us deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :
- Estimating & Project Management :
Develop detailed, accurate estimates for projects ranging from $10K to $1M in value, including ADUs, remodels, and waterproofing solutions.
Meet with clients, HOAs, property owners, and architects to discuss project details and establish trust.
Bid on ADUs, remodels, and other projects in collaboration with architects, property owners, and HOAs.
Align project estimates and scopes of work with sales, marketing, and construction teams.
Track and report on estimates, project progress, and new business generated through CAI efforts.
