Laborers are responsible for various manual tasks such as cleaning and preparing sites by removing debris or possible hazards, digging trenches, unloading building materials, and preparing job sites. They use hand tools like shovels or picks, and they operate machinery to help them with their work and assist crews with other necessary tasks.

Projects primarily located in Hillsborough, Pasco, and Polk Counties with occasional work in Pinellas and Orange Counties.

Laborers are responsible for various manual tasks such as cleaning and preparing sites by removing debris or possible hazards, digging trenches, unloading building materials, and preparing job sites. They use hand tools like shovels or picks, and they operate machinery to help them with their work and assist crews with other necessary tasks.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Assist tradesmen and machine operators in construction projects.
- Unload and carry materials at the construction site.
- Use equipment to break old forms and structures.
- Dig trenches, backfill holes, or compact earth to prepare for construction.
- Operate or tend equipment and machines used in construction.
- Prepare and apply construction materials to build structures or fill gaps (e.g., cement, dirt, crushed concrete)
- Smooth and level new concrete or other materials
- Clean out the site of debris and discarded material.
- Place traffic signals where appropriate
- Valid driver's license in good standing
- Reliable transportation to and from work/site
- Complete background check and pre-employment drug screening
