The Site Superintendent - Civil Projects is responsible for overseeing on-site field operations for construction projects across the Eastern U.S. This role ensures timely project completion, adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and effective subcontractor coordination. Projects range from $500,000 to $30 million and may include public parks, sports fields, highways, water, sewer, and storm systems.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Project Leadership :
Oversee ground up day-to-day construction activities, managing crews, subcontractors, schedules, and resources to meet project milestones.
Review plans, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure all work meets project requirements.
Develop and maintain detailed short-term schedules to ensure work progresses on time and within budget.
Monitor project expenditures, labor hours, and resource allocation to identify variances and implement corrective actions.
Supervise, train, and mentor field staff, including laborers and foremen.
Qualifications :
Willingness to travel 100% of the time throughout the Eastern United States.
