Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-quality framing, trim carpentry, and finish work
- Interpret blueprints, plans, and sketches with accuracy
- Perform precise measurements, cuts, and assemblies of materials
- Collaborate with the team to maintain project timelines and quality standards
- Supervise and mentor apprentices or laborers on-site
- Ensure cleanliness and safety across all job sites
- Communicate clearly with clients, project managers, and other trades
- 5 years of residential carpentry experience, preferably in remodels and additions
- Expertise in rough and finish carpentry, cabinetry, and trim installation
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
- Own hand tools; power tools provided
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Comfortable working on ladders, roofs, and in variable weather conditions
- Weekly Pay Cycle
- Twice-Yearly Substantial Bonuses

- Monday to Friday | 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
