Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Perform masonry restoration and concrete repair tasks with attention to detail.
- Work on some of the most historic buildings in the Washington, DC area.
- Safely operate power tools and equipment as required for masonry and concrete work.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Lift and carry 50 lbs regularly.
- Work in both indoor and outdoor environments throughout the year.
- Climb, balance, stoop, and perform other physically demanding tasks.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen (required for military base work).
- Ability to pass a background check for secure facility access.
- Ability to communicate in English (verbal communication required).
- Punctual and reliable, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work in physically and mentally demanding environments.
- 3 years of experience in construction, masonry, or concrete repair.
- Prior experience in historic restoration or military base projects.
- Willingness to travel periodically (per diems and bonus pay may apply).
- Basic English reading and writing skills (preferred but not required).
