Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of construction tasks, including drywall, painting, concrete, wood framing, flooring, cabinet installation, and tile work.
• Operate construction equipment such as concrete mixers, jackhammers, pneumatic tools, and scaffolding.
• Follow safety regulations and company policies to ensure a hazard-free job site.
• Work collaboratively with the team to complete projects on time and to high standards.
• Assist in job site cleanup and material handling as needed.
• Take direction from supervisors and project managers to ensure quality craftsmanship.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience in construction labor or a similar field (we provide training, but prior knowledge is a plus).
• Drywall and painting experience preferred (3-4 years).
• Ability to lift 75 lbs. unassisted and stand for extended periods.
• Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
• OSHA 10 and Lead Paint Certifications (preferred; training will be provided to obtain certifications).
• Ability to pass a background check.
