Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate repair and small project scopes and issue accurate, timely proposals.
- Manage end-to-end workflow for small projects, including scheduling, material procurement, and delivery coordination.
- Ensure repair work is completed according to scope, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Follow up on outstanding proposals and coordinate client communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to verify and complete punch lists on larger projects when assigned.
- Arrange for prompt and accurate project billing upon completion.
- Review and verify work tickets for accuracy and completeness.
- Confirm client satisfaction upon job completion, addressing any issues with urgency and professionalism.
- Coordinate with in-house staff and subcontractors to ensure timelines are met and performance is up to company standards.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction management or on-site project supervision (roofing background preferred).
- Previous hands-on experience with roofing systems is a plus.
- Comfortable working both in the office and on-site across the five boroughs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM or project software experience a bonus.
- Ability to climb ladders up to 40' and lift up to 65 lbs.
- Strong communication and client service skills.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple small-scale projects simultaneously.
